Workout planning with AI
Happy Monday!
After a long weekend break in Spain, I am back on my mat. Did my strength workout for upper body, and did a short jump rope exercise.
I have been chatting with my Whoop AI about my weekly workout planning. Whoop is a measurement gadget that tracks my sleep, activities, heart rate, breathing, etc and gives me suggestions accordingly.
When I enter my goals, health conditions, AI came up with this planning. Of course these things need some work and attention from our side, preferably with a trained coach or doctor to verify. But this planning seems good to me! What do you think?
