      It is so nice to be back in Geneva, after some weeks in Goa, India. The Ayurvedic Detox and Panchakarma treatments were wonderful and then we had a beautiful retreat with a group from Switzerland. I will tell you more about these tomorrow in our meeting.

    • Traveling with Ayurveda

      It is not that difficult to travel with daily routines. And it really helps to stay healthy and grounded during these buys days. At least Istart my day with good energy, and some detoxification. What is your favorite daily routine?

    • Winter Reset Started

      Our annual winter reset started and we are already in Day 2! This year we keep dairy, light meats and healthy gluten, and focus more on protein. Our bodies need more animal protein in winter and we will go for our deep cleanse in Spring.

      So far this is what am I eating.

      Daily Ayurvedic routines help my gentle detoxification.
