• Weekly meeting: Sleep Better

    I’ve been away for a while to support my mom who is having a cancer. It was a very difficult week for me between all the doctors appointments, tests, and convincing my mum, to do basic things like eating.. I used all the breathing techniques at my difficult moments and do a small yoga routine every morning. I did my dry brushing oiling and somatic movements as well and they gave me so much energy..

    now I am back In Geneva and cannot wait to meet with you tonight to talk about sleep routines.

    One thing I did very well as well in ISTANBUL was to sleep early and take at least eight hours of sleep almost every night.

    All of these kept me more energetic to support my mom and to be able to organize everything in life..

    how are your sleeps? Would you like to learn new techniques to make your sleep better?
