Strong start to new week
Love Mondays and new beginnings!
After an indulging weekend I am back on healthier habits with my favorite breakfast:!
Pre workout breakfast:
– skyr yogurt
– stewed apples with sweet masala
– soaked chia seeds
Post workout:
– creatine and collagen supplements
-veggie omelette with cottage cheese, nigella seeds, ghee and Ayurvedic spice mix.
-Mung bean bread with chutneys.
-Homemade sauerkraut and red cabbage with some apple cider vinegar.
All enjoyed with Ayurvedic Digestive tea.
About 40 grams of protein in total, calcium and lots of fiber.
