    Good morning from Monday workout!

    I love starting the week with a strong workout, strength plus some cardio. About 50+15 min each.

    Are you in search of an online workout group/coach? Do you have a good one already?

    Mine is from Turkey, amazing coach. I am actually in search great online coaches. Do you have any suggestion?

    I know 2 free Youtube channels that you can start with. Want me to share?
