One of the things we suffer during menopause is loss of bone and muscle mass. Two years ago when I did the bone density scan, they found some loss of bone and muscle mass. Two years ago when I did the bone density scan, they found some i developments on my back and my hip. Then I increase my strength training and started running and jump roping.

I also increased my calcium intake as supplement and food as well as collagen.

Today I’m going to go for the second scan after more than two years. I am very curious about the results.

How about you? Have you checked your bone density? What do you do to keep it up?

I didn’t do a bone density scan yet. You made me want to check mine now. Do you know a place in Geneva for it? Thank you 🙏

I think it is important to know it especially when you reach menopausal years (pre/during/post). I did it at Centre Imagerie Medical de Cornavin. it was easy to book and fast results to my GP. Good luck!
