Ayurvedic Cooking Class
Just had our seasonal Cooking Class at my home for a small group of wonderful ladies. We reviewed the basic fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda, prepared our spice mixes, and made delicious, mung, bean bread, roasted vegetables, and cooked kitchary. We also made an amaranth porridge and enjoyed as a dessert..
We made Ghee from butter, and they took their spice mixes back home to continue enjoying the Ayurvedic magic.
