A week of detox
I have finished seven days of my Autumn Ayurvedic Cleanse, and will continue 10 more days. I feel really energetic, calm, rested, and lighter.
One if My most favorite part of the Ayurvedic cuisine is these tortillas or crêpes made from mung beans.
I call it the easier to digest tortillas!
When you add the chutney, steamed or roast vegetables, it becomes a delicious meal. After my morning workout, I decided to add some grilled tofu to support the protein need.
