I do a long morning routine, sometimes put a mask on and then start preparing the Sunday brunch! </p>
<p>Sometimes I make a bath with epsom salt and lavender oil. </p>

We reviewed the basic fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda, prepared our spice mixes, and made delicious, mung, bean bread, roasted vegetables, and cooked kitchary. We also made an amaranth porridge and enjoyed as a dessert.. </p>

I loved The idea of sweating and going deeper into the poses. I am on my fifth day of my Detox and this sweats helped me to get rid of even more toxins. </p>
<p>We have to be careful with the heat, especially if we are having hot flashes and night sweats. Sauna and hot yoga may trigger these. </p>
