Happy Monday
I just came back from my long weekend in Madrid. What a great city full of art, beauty, gastronomy and fun!
I managed to keep up my balance, walking a lot, drinking a lot of water, and focusing on protein and veggies at every meal. I also enjoyed Spanish food, desserts and some alcohol (much less then before!).
And as of Sunday, I am back on track!
How do you balance your vacations? And strategies that work for you well?
