Balance Talks: Get Stronger Every Year!
You are invited to our meeting tomorrow (Tuesday 18:00CET) with the one and only Anne MacNabb, who is my teacher and mentor for many years. She is a Healthy Habits and Wellness Strategist with 30 years of experience in this area. She will teach us how to stregthen our body during menopause using techniques to educate our pelvic floor, so that we don’t overload it and get the most out of your workouts. Looking forward to seeing you there. If you are going to join our practice for 10 minutes, please organize a place to lie down like a mat or a comfortable sofa.
